Attend this special workshop with Pilates on 10th guest instructor, Jackie Joyner, visiting from Gig Harbor, OR.
Originally for Northern California, Jackie began her Pilates training as a dancer diagnosed with scoliosis in her teens to combat back pain. She studied dance and kinesiology at California State University Long Beach and then California State University Fullerton as a dance major.
She has danced professionally at the Disneyland Resort as a parade performer for five years where she danced both on the stage and street as well as special televised events.
While dancing and choreographing professionally Jackie set out to complete a comprehensive Pilates training program in 2011 and is a certified Pilates instructor with a dance specialization from Body Arts and Science International as well as a Prenatal Pilates Doula with Live Life Pilates.
Whether you’re already a parent or a parent-to-be, this workshop will leave your body feeling amazing and ready for anything.
