The zoos carnivores chow down on raw, store-prepared turkeys at the annual Turkey Toss. The turkeys are part of the zoos excellent animal care program to help enrich the lives of the zoos animals. The safe activities help encourage natural animal behavior, keep animals mentally and physically stimulated and engage zoo guests.
